I am a retired educator and guidance counselor with a strong background in counseling, organization, and client support. I hold two master’s degrees in School Guidance and Counseling and Health Sciences with a specialization in Addictions Counseling, along with certification in domestic violence. As the office manager, I help ensure a smooth and welcoming experience by assisting with client registration, scheduling, and clear communication, while supporting an organized and confidential care environment.

Cory Bieniemy is a compassionate, present-centered therapist who helps children, adults, couples, and families navigate internal suffering, anxiety, and emotional distress. Using CBT, DBT, and humanistic approaches, he blends structure with meaningful dialogue to foster insight, resilience, and inner peace.

I am a licensed social worker and clinician with over 20 years of experience serving diverse populations across the lifespan. I support clients with anxiety, depression, and PTSD using individualized, evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, self psychology, and play therapy, within a client-centered, nonjudgmental, and trauma-informed space.

With over eight years of clinical experience and post-certification training in trauma, I have supported individuals, couples, and families across private practice, community mental health, and programs. I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, grief, relationships, and identity exploration, integrating CBT, Narrative, Solution-Focused, and mindfulness approaches.
