About Our Skills Groups
KEI Therapy’s skills-based groups are designed to help participants build effective tools for managing anxiety, improving emotional regulation, strengthening confidence, and developing healthier coping patterns.
Our groups are structured, evidence-based, and facilitated by licensed mental health professionals. Each session blends psychoeducation, practical skill-building, guided discussion, and real-life application.
Because group sizes are intentionally small, participants receive individualized attention while benefiting from peer support.
